If the time comes (hopefully it doesn’t) when you need to make a sudden move for your loved one, having a plan in place will make it easier. As a caregiver, you know your loved ones needs the best. You can start creating a plan by visiting potential assisted living or nursing home communities or talking with family members about who would be able to help.
